SuccessFactors said that European business communications provider Colt has deployed its Performance and Talent Management suite to support its business strategy of expanding into managed services and new markets.
The company said that Colt is using the suite to deploy a new competency framework, aligning and engaging its internal talent to drive organizational performance and growth.

The company said that its suite SuccessFactors will be deployed in Europe and India. COLT employees can select to view the suite in English, French, German or Spanish to ensure full engagement, and to support management and reporting.
