SuccessFactors said that European business communications provider Colt has deployed its Performance and Talent Management suite to support its business strategy of expanding into managed services and new markets.
The company said that Colt is using the suite to deploy a new competency framework, aligning and engaging its internal talent to drive organizational performance and growth.
Heather Sawyer, director of people and change at Colt, said: As we are moving aggressively into the managed services space, we need to increase our focus on skills and talent. We also want to ensure that every employee feels personally connected to our corporate strategy with individual goals that are clearly aligned.
“The twelve week deployment timescale of SuccessFactors was consequently very appealing. By equipping managers and employees to take ownership of talent management, we hope to improve the quality and speed of our processes..
The company said that its suite SuccessFactors will be deployed in Europe and India. COLT employees can select to view the suite in English, French, German or Spanish to ensure full engagement, and to support management and reporting.
Lars Dalgaard, CEO of SuccessFactors, said: It is essential to have the right skills and service levels in place at a global level to support entry into new markets – particularly in the competitive environment of managed services and telecommunications. Colt understands the power of proactively mobilising and aligning its internal talent to achieve its external objectives. We’re looking forward to supporting Colt in expanding its market share as it continues to accelerate its range of services delivery on a global scale.
