Carlsbad, Calfornia-based Coded Communications Corp is to acquire a 40% stake in Domestic Satellite Philippines Inc, which provides satellite-based communications services in the Philippines: no terms; Coded Communications plans to help upgrade Domestic Satellite’s earth station network, replacing the original analogue stations with digital ones, and has entered into a $12m to $18m supply agreement with Domestic related to the upgrade.
