On top of the upfront payment, Coda will make further incentive-based payments of 250.000 euros ($301,150) plus 5% of OCRA product licenses sold over the next three years.
Coda acquires simple concepts for Nordic base
CodaSciSys plc is paying 3.25m euros ($3.9m) for Simple Concepts AB, a Stockholm, Sweden-based financial software provider that will provide it with a base for sales in the Nordic region. It also plans to add Simple Concept's OCRA software suite for financial consolidation and treasury to its existing product range.
