TriZetto has made enhancements to its ClaimsExchange solution that allows clients to electronically transmit in-network and out-of-network medical bills for re-pricing. Clients can choose from a pre-adjudication option or a post-adjudication option, which captures claims after they have been adjudicated and before the checks have been cut.
Scott Smith, president of Coalition America, said: We have had a long and positive relationship with TriZetto. Many of our existing clients are already on the QicLink platform, and could see significant and immediate savings by moving to an electronic connection with CAI through ClaimsExchange.
