CMS Enhancements Inc, Tustin, California is to buy the Singapore engineering and production facilities of the Data Storage Products Division of North Atlantic Industries Inc for an undisclosed sun in cash and notes to be paid over a period: the plant will enble CMS to manufacture internal and external tape drives for personal computers, complement its hard and floppy drives.
