Irvine, California-based CMS Enhancements Inc warns that turnover for its fiscal year to June 30 will be only about 70% of last year’s $187m, reflecting the effect of extensive competition and rapid unit selling price erosion in its product lines, and as a result of this and charges of $8m, it expects a loss for both quarter and year.
