Anglo-Dutch IT services group CMG Plc has paid 4.3m pounds ($6.97m) for Adit GmbH, a German services company specializing in implementing Baan NVÆs ERP packages and CRM software from Vantive Corp, now part of Siebel Systems Inc. Adit, from Sternberg near Munich, brings first-half revenue of 2.2m pounds ($3.57m) to CMG’s German operation, which itself chalked up 28.5m pounds ($46.19m) during the period. A spokesperson for CMG said the companyÆs primary focus is organic growth, but the Adit acquisition offers an opportunity to extend the groupÆs expertise in CRM.
