CM Telecom is launching new operations in the UK and France.
The two new offices in London and Paris will allow the global mobile services company to provide local support to customers in these markets.
Platforms like CM Telecom’s consolidate messaging services into one platform, allowing brands to run their interaction with customers through one provider. This can incorporate mobile messaging and payment services.
In the UK, the mobile services company will be working with The American School in England (TASIS England) and ParkMobile. CM Telecom has worked with TASIS to create an app that prospective students can use to conduct a virtual tour of the school.
Meanwhile, ParkMobile will be using the service for mobile payments and notifications in UK car parks.
CM Telecom already works with brands such as McDonalds, Ikea, DHL, VISA and Paypal. Similar platforms are also increasingly used by government emergency services.
Hodny Benazzi, General Manager at CM Telecom, commented: "It is crucial to us to extend our international reach by moving into the French and UK markets. CM Telecom is self-funded and profitable, meaning we are agile enough to focus on our core mission of getting close to our clients and to continue to develop our innovative technologies, yet we now have the scale to service customers worldwide."
