Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) has announced new capabilities in its entire Hitachi Content Platform portfolio. Now each system delivers integrated secure data, workforce and cloud mobility solutions.
The new Hitachi Content Platform (HCP) S10, extends the existing HDS hybrid architecture by adding another low cost tier.

Hitachi Data Ingestor and HCP Anywhere have also been updated to enable secure and unified mobile access to both cloud and enterprise data.
HCP offers integrated solutions for both private and hybrid cloud, with the new capabilities allowing hybrid cloud architectures to integrate business with elastic scalability across onsite and offsite cloud storage environments.
With the growing adoption of both private and public cloud and the transformation of traditional architectures to open source, cloud and mobile, many organisations are looking to bring their existing investments forward.
