Accenture has signed an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with SAP to offer its human capital management (HCM) applications on SAP’s cloud platform, as a service.
With the agreement, enterprises can now gain access to Accenture’s HCM applications that have been purpose-built for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
Accenture HCM applications is a suite of complementary software to SAP’s human resources and payroll software, which can simplify upgrades, reduce implementation times, cuts down operational costs, while offering high performance in the SAP environment.
With Accenture’s HCM software for SAP solutions, organisations can now take a strategic step towards human resources and can help in refocusing HR function’s transactional approach into an approach that builds critical capabilities of the organisation.
Organisations will be able to use a single subscription based agreement and can benefit from Accenture’s services for upgrades, administration and broad functionality.
Some of the HCM applications of Accenture on SAP SuccessFactors include Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud that offers secure environment for companies to copy and test HR test data.

Accenture’s HR Data Loader is said to offer easy mass iterations in SAP SuccessFactors solution data. The application has been designed to manage ongoing and recurring HR processes including new hires, promotions and terminations.

HR and IT departments will also be able to use Accenture’s HR Audit and Compliance-as-a-service in order to assist in maintaining personnel data in cloud environments.

Accenture’s HCM applications are claimed to be used by more than 1800 enterprises in 45 countries.
