CLINTON HOLDS SUMMIT ON INTERNET RATINGS

President Clinton wants to create a voluntary agreement between computer companies and software developers to help protect children from unsuitable content on the Internet, and has held a summit meeting with representatives from the industry. The idea is to set up a system of Web site ratings, similar to those used for TV programs and movies.
