According to ClickSoftware, the new Mobility Suite has been designed to enable system administrators to configure the system to comply with any business requirement without requiring coding or programming skills. Visual configuration tools turn business requirements into processes and mobile workflows.
By using the new suite, paper can be eliminated, business processes shortened and key performance indicators (KPIs) tracked with electronic capture of data through forms, barcodes, RFID, and cameras. Real time location monitoring provides visibility of mobile operations, allowing organisations to see where resources are, what they are doing, and spot and resolve connection problems, the company said.
In addition, by using new suite helps to send accurate expected time of arrival notifications automatically through SMS to customers, which reduces clients waiting times. It also gives ability to update billing systems, optimised routing, parts inventory recorded real-time, assets tracked with GIS, accessible customer information, and time and attendance recording.
