Law firm Abbey, Gardy & Squitieri LLP has filed a class action suit against Digi International Inc, Minneapolis for allegedly concealing information about its financial results. The Company was improperly accounting for Digi’s investment in Aetherworks and had engaged in special promotions, including extended payment terms to distributors, in order to artificially inflate reported earnings, the lawyers said.
