CLARIFY TO PUSH HELP DESK INFO WITH DIFFUSION

By CBR Staff Writer

Help desk company Clarify Inc is getting pushy and is to use Mountain View, California-based Diffusion Inc’s brand of push technology called IntraExpress within its sales and marketing, customer support and field service solutions. It’ll incorporate the software into a new ClearEnterprise IntraExpress module in the fall enabling documents and other information to be pushed to an organization’s employees, customers and partners over intranets, internet, and extranets respectively. The module includes a Java applet for viewing and searching for information and will cost from $15,000.
