Customer help desk and management software supplier Clarify Inc has a new 3.0 version of its ClearCallCenter software with new scripting functions, plus a new cut of its ClearEnterprise Traveler data synchroniZation software designed for mobile users. Clarify says the synchronization software is now integrated with its field service software, which can be used by engineers working at customer sites as well as its field sale software.
