California Software demonstrated its Baby/AS emulation product that replicates the AS/400 on OS/2-based personal computers; the company expects to announce full AS/400 functionality on personal computers within 16 months, and also intends to provide a Query Plus code generator facility; the company has an agreement with Datapoint Corp on the so-called alternative to System 36, Vista/36, which Datapoint was not allowed to exhibit at IBM’90.
