Citrix Systems Inc has expanded its Business Alliance program, and added new members Apple Computer Corp, IBM Corp, Peoplesoft Inc, Progress Software Corp and QAD. The alliance, which now has over 300 members, recently also gained support from Compaq Computer Corp, Computer Associates International Inc and 3Com Corp. It now includes sever companies, application vendors, networking companies and thin-client vendors who want to work with Citrix on its WinFrame and MetaFrame thin client/server software, closely related to the multi-user version of Windows NT, Windows Terminal Server.
