Seattle, Washington-based Citel, which was formed in 1995, sells through a network of dealers, and has strategic relationships with equipment vendors such as 3Com, BroadSoft, Mitel Networks, and Sylantro Systems.
Funding was led by Doughty Hanson Technology Ventures with support from existing investors Aberdeen Murray Johnstone Private Equity, Advent Venture Partners, Albany Venture Managers, Gartmore Investments, and Hexagon Investments.
