Chicago-based Latigent would be integrated into Cisco’s customer contact business unit, Cisco said. Its products create historical and real-time reports for contact centers.
Latigent CEO Chris Crosby and CFO Jason Kolb, who co-founded the company in 2002, will remain with Cisco.
