CIPHER DATA SUES ARCHIVE

Cipher Data Products Inc, San Diego and Archive Corp, Costa Mesa, are locked in legal disputes, Cipher alleging infringement of quarter inch cartridge tape drive patents, Archive seeking court judgement on the validity of Cipher patents and asserting several other claims. Cipher is already suing Wangtek Inc over the patents in San Francisco.
