Cincom said it will use its Socrates and intelligent Document Solutions technologies to build the system. Socrates captures expert knowledge in a rules-based system that can be used by non-experts for increased efficiency. The intelligent Document Solutions program creates, manages and delivers personalized business documents via multiple channels including mail, e-mail, web, fax, pdf and wireless.
The insurer hopes the product will eliminate communication errors, increase customer loyalty and retention, improve accuracy and consistency and increase its sales team’s ability to win and retain more business by quoting more coverage options.
Cincom says the agreement opens up the possibility of further development with other Companion HealthCare systems.
