Cincinnati-based Cincom Systems, Inc, has announced availability of a client-server implementation of its Supra relational database management system: its UK arm, Cincom Systems UK Ltd, has simultaneously announced a high level VAR (value added reseller) programme, Partnership, whose first recruit is Manchester-based local government software house Cinteract Systems Ltd, which will be using the company’s AD/Advantage development system to develop a council tax offering.
