CINCINNATI MICROWAVE CALLS OFF BELTRONICS MERGER

Cincinnati Microwave Inc has called off its merger agreement with BELTronics USA Inc after some conditions of the merger announced in December were not met, and it will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the next several days.
