The Cincinnati Bell Information Systems subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell Inc has an agreement to provide billing services to support AT&T Corp’s entrance into the local telephony market. The company will provide data processing, software development and professional consulting services during the five-year term of the agreement. The value of the deal was not given.
