Cincinnati Bell Inc’s Cincinnati Bell Information Systems unit has signed exclusive long-term billing and customer care services agreements with two of the largest potential providers of Personal Communications Services in the US, PCS PrimeCo and North American Wireless Inc. PCS PrimeCo is a wireless partnership of AirTouch Communications Inc, Bell Atlantic Corp, Nynex Corp and US West Communications Group Inc. The Cincinnati Bell unit also has a seven-year billing and customer-care services pact with North American Wireless, which will offer a variety of support services to over 40 companies bidding for smaller-market Personal Communications Services licenses across the US.
