The Cincinnati Bell Information Systems arm of Cincinnati Bell Inc has a joint venture with the City of Hull’s Kingston Communications (Hull) Plc to offer software products and services to the European telecommunications industry. The new CBIS-Kingston Ltd will be equally owned, and will be based in London. The Cincinnati Bell unit is a leader in telecommunications management systems and numbers Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp and British Telecommunications Plc among its users.
