Cincinnati Bell Inc has bought CTI Telecommunications Inc of South Bend, Indiana: the company is a long distance reseller primarily serving northern Indiana and southwestern Michigan, and its 8,500 customers generated $8m of business in 1989; terms were not disclosed.
