Cincinnati Bell Inc’s Cincinnati Bell Information Systems has acquired the X International Ltd group of companies of Bristol: XI Services Ltd and XI Systems Ltd will become part of CBIS Ltd, based near London. X International provides software and services for telecommunications companies, in particular mobile service providers and Groupe Speciale Mobile operators, and also markets products supporting paging, wireline, cable, cellular resellers and intelligent networks. Terms were not disclosed.
