The merger that created Cimflex Teknowledge Corp has not done either of the constituent companies much good, and now the Pittsburgh company says Daniel Robusto has resigned as its chairman, chief executive and president, effective immediately, to pursue other interests; he has been replaced by James Workman, a former president of Trane Co, on an interim basis.
