Ciber, an information technology consulting, services and outsourcing company, said that it has acquired the assets of Denmark-based SAP consulting company Segmenta A/S, to strengthen its European presence and expand its existing Danish operations.
Founded in Denmark in January 2000, Segmenta is an official SAP service partner. It works with SAP’s overall offering, selected SAP business offerings and SAP’s CRM.
Segmenta said that the deal with Ciber will provide it with access to international projects, solutions, expertise and resources to further strengthen its Danish and Nordic project business.
Terje Laugerud, executive vice president of Ciber, said: "I am pleased that as a result of this deal with Segmenta, CIBER has a very strong SAP offering for our Danish clients, and at the same time we take another big step in fulfilling our ambition of being a leading provider of SAP services in the Nordic and European market."
