CHS Electronics Inc, a Miami distributor of microcomputer products, announced its purchase of three privately held microcomputer distribution companies with combined 1996 revenue of $201m. The companies, acquired for CHS shares and cash, are International High Tech Marketing Inc and Dinexim Corp, both of Miami, and Acces and Agora sro, based in the Czech Republic. CHS also announced it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Lars Krull AS of Denmark.
