Choiceful said the new platform is expected to help users buy and sell all kinds of products including DVDs, building supplies and gadgets, wherever they are.

The app provides tracking information and enables users to add second hand goods, while its Create New Products tool allows users to sell their items.

Guy Schmidt, sales director at Choiceful, said an increasing number of people believe mobile retail is a safe and secure way to buy and sell goods.

"Our customers will have a quick and easy way to browse and buy while on the go," he explained. "At the same time, people selling items will be able to track the progress of their orders and sales reports whenever it suits them – that could be on the bus, on their lunch break or in the middle of the countryside."

The app is also free and a way for users to make extra money, the company said.
