San Jose, California-based Chips & Technologies Inc has filed a second patent infringement complaint in the District Court of Northern California; the complaint states that Eteq Microsystems Inc, of Milpitas has infringed two key patents for page interleaved memory access and addressing multiple memories; the complaint asks the court for a preliminary and final injunction against the defendant from infringing the two patents cited, treble damages, and costs.
