San Jose-based Chips & Technologies Inc has settled its patent infringement complaint against Eteq Microsystems Inc: Eteq agreed to stop making or selling memory controller chip sets that include the page interleave feature covered by Chips’ patents, acknowledged the validity of the page interleave patents and has acknowledged that certain of its memory controller products infringe those patents, and to pay undisclosed damages.
