Chipcom Corp of Southborough, Massachusetts has established Chipcom Europe BV: the company will be responsible for developing a distribution network consisting of value-added resellers and system integrators in Europe, Africa and some Middle Eastern countries; it is to establish subsidiaries in the UK, France and Germany; Chipcom Corp says that around 35% of last year’s $28.4m revenues of $28.4m were derived from sales in the area that will be served by Chipcom BV.
