CHINESE CHESS BODY CHALLENGES DEEP BLUE

IBM Corp’s Deep Blue team, fresh from defeating Grand Master Gary Kasparov, has now received a challenge from Club Xiang Qi, a Chinese chess body which would like to put up one of its own masters against the computer. Xiang Qi uses a board with 90 positions rather than the 64 positions of standard chess.
