The agreement follows the company’s successful deployment of its Jinjiang City e-government project, which began in February this year.
The aim of China Expert Technology’s (CXTI) e-government projects in China is to establish a national electronic government system, in which the existing and expecting government networks and applied systems can be combined to form united technology standards and regulations and a united national government service.
The project at Huian City is scheduled to start in January next year with completion expected in July 2008.
Under the terms of the agreement, CXTI will provide e-government planning and training, an e-government web site, technology platforms, an incorporated administration approval system, a call center, GIS system, information database and financial supervisory system among others.
