China is drafting a set of legal and technical standards for the country’s fledgling electronic commerce industry, Xinhua reported. A colossal systematic project, e-commerce entails the high-level development of relevant laws, policies, technical standards and advanced entrepreneurial abilities, it quoted a Ministry of Information Industry official as saying.
