Now Roslyn Heights, New York-based Cheyenne Software Inc is in receipt of a class action lawsuit alleging violations of securities laws; it believes the suit is without merit, and intends to defend itself vigorously, but will probably end up bowing to blackmail and paying up as legal costs soar.
