Communication Intelligence Corp has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to restructure the company and reorganize its debt. It said it has had difficulty arranging a planned round of financing, and will use the Chapter 11 bankruptcy to work with creditors while maintaining normal business operations. It is negotiating with several financial entities, and expects to develop a plan to exit the Chapter 11 bankruptcy and continue its growth.
