IBM France SA says that Guiseppe Giuliani has been appointed general manager of personal computers in Europe, Middle East and Africa following the promotion of Bill McCracken to the new post of president of IBM Personal Computer Co in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific region as well; Giuliani was previously running the European operations for Ambra personal computers at Individual Computer Products International Ltd one of IBM’s sillier names.
