CHANGE OF TELEPHONE NUMBER

The trouble with new information technology is that it’s so damn perfect that we’re completely lost without it if for some reason it fails to work, and the people who telephone us regularly all have our phone number programmed into their handsets and simply press 65 or star-oh-3 to get us, so that although we have only moved from British Telecom to Mercury, we might just as well have migrated to Mars as far as they are concerned.
