CGA ARRNAGES FINANCING FROM HALLWOOD GROUP

Not too surprisingly, recovering semiconductor capital equipment maker GCA Corp of Andover, Massach-usetts has thought better of its plan to raise $22m by way of a rights issue: instead it has arran-ged continuing interim financing from merchant bank Hallwood Group Inc, also a major GCA shareholder.
