Centel Corp has agreed to sell its Ohio-based subsidiary Central Telephone Co to Century Telephone Enterprises Inc for $120m, plus the assumption of $15m in debt: Centel has 265 employees and serves about 63,000 access lines – it posted revenue of nearly $40m last year.
