CENTURY DATA SIGNS LETTER TO ACQUIRE TECSTOR

Century Data Systems Inc, Anaheim, California has signed a letter of intent to acquire Tecstor Inc for an undisclosed sum. Tecstor, has a parallel transfer disk recording technique that it claims enables it to build disk subsystems that are six times faster than those that use conventional recording.
