Century Data Inc has completed purchase of Tecstor Inc’s operations and product lines, adding the company’s line of high-speed parallel-transfer, multi-channel 14 Winchesters to its line of fixed and removable disk drives; Tecstor’s operations will be set up as a division of Century and will move from its present Huntington Beach, California base to Century’s plant in nearby Anaheim; terms were not given.
