CenTauri Solutions wins US Defense Intelligence Agency contract

To support IT requirements across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise

By CBR Staff Writer

CenTauri has been awarded a contract from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to support information technology requirements across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and the Intelligence Community. The two year contract has a value of $4.2m.

Under the new contract, CenTauri will provide software development support for the Reconnaissance Operations Management Environment (ROME), which is a web-enabled replacement for the Global Command and Control System (GCCS)-based Global Reconnaissance Information System (GRIS).

GRIS was established by US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Joint Functional Component Command-Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (JFCC-ISR) to provide a centralised database and standardised business process for all ISR operations activities within the Combatant Commands (COCOMs).

The company said that the new contract was awarded by DIA under Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (‘SITE’) prime contract, which is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
