Freehold, New Jersey-based CellularVision Technology & Telecommunications Ltd Partnership has licensed the David Sarnoff Research Center as a research and development facility for the CellularVision Local Multipoint Distribution System: Sarnoff will act as a resource for further development of the CellularVision telecommunications system by the firm and licensees.
