Moran & Associates Inc, Greenwich, Connecticut, representing a consortium of North American cellular interests has signed a memorandum of understanding for a joint venture with the Czechoslovak government and Ministry of Transport, Posts & Telecommunications to take 49% of a joint venture that will have an exclusive cellular franchise licence for Czecholslovakia over the next 25 years, with a 25-year option.
