Cellnet Mobile Communications Ltd will launch its own Local Service for Mobile digital cellular network to the Groupe Speciale Mobile standard next year, company chief Stafford Taylor told Reuter: it will at first concentrate on urban areas like the new Personal Communications Networks and Vodafone Group Plc’s Micro Cellular Network.
